Section 03
Paid Plan Refunds
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except in the cases listed below. Cancelling mid-cycle does not trigger a prorated refund — your plan stays active until the billing period ends.

No partial refunds for unused timeIf you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day cycle, you keep access for the remaining 15 days. No partial refund is issued for those days.

Charges caused by a billing system error on our end — refunded in full, immediately.

Extended Service Failure
Significant, documented downtime caused solely by MahanX exceeding 72 continuous hours in a billing month.

Post-Cancellation Charges
Any charges incurred after a cancellation request was acknowledged and confirmed by us.
